• Your email address, if you choose to provide it
• The property ZIP code
• The service you need and whether the property is residential or commercial
• Fleet details if you request fleet washing, such as company name, vehicle types, vehicle count, and fleet location
• Any project details you write in the message field
• Which page of this website the request was sent from

We do not ask for a street address in the quote form, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your submission to respond to your quote request and to discuss the work you asked about. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing messages or a newsletter.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are saved in the database that runs this website, hosted by our website platform provider on our behalf. Access is limited to the people who handle incoming quote requests for BRIGHTEN. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Spam protection

The quote form includes a hidden field used to detect automated submissions. Nothing about you is collected by that check beyond whether the hidden field was filled in.

Your choices

If you would like us to delete the request you submitted, or you want to know what we have on file, call (951) 489-3905 and ask. You can also simply call us instead of using the form if you prefer not to submit anything online.
