Exterior cleaning service

House Washing for Southern California Homes

House washing is exterior cleaning for the outside walls of your home and everything attached to them, stucco, siding, trim, eaves, gutters exteriors, porches, and front entries.

Southern California homes collect a mix of dust, cobwebs, sprinkler spotting, and shaded side buildup. We match the cleaning approach to the material so the wall gets clean without being treated like a driveway.

What we clean

Stucco and siding

Walls carry the most visible buildup: dust film, cobwebs, and darkened areas on shaded or north facing elevations.

Trim, eaves, and soffits

Overhangs and fascia collect webs and grime that stand out most from the street and around entryways.

Entries and porches

Front doors, columns, porch ceilings, and steps are the areas visitors look at closely, so they get specific attention.

House Washing FAQs

Is house washing the same as pressure washing?

People use the terms interchangeably, but they are not identical. Pressure washing and power washing describe cleaning driven by pressurized water, while house washing describes the job, cleaning the exterior walls of a home. The method we use depends on the wall material.

How often should a home be washed?

It depends on the setting. Homes under trees, near heavy traffic, or with irrigation hitting the walls tend to show buildup faster than homes in open, dry locations. Many owners schedule it as part of regular property upkeep.

Will every stain come off?

Not always. Cleaning removes dirt and buildup, but some marks are damage to the surface itself, oxidized paint, permanent discoloration, or failing finishes, and cleaning cannot reverse those. We will tell you what we expect before starting.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any water spigots needed. Let us know your preference when you request the quote.

What should I do to prepare?

Close windows, move patio furniture and potted plants away from the walls where possible, and let us know about pets, security cameras, or areas you would rather we avoid.

Can you wash just one side of the house?

Yes. Partial jobs are common, for example, only the shaded side or only the front elevation. Tell us the scope you want and we will quote it that way.
